• Our M100 rack provides a great setup for working out safely at home and is suitable for a range of exercises including squats and bench press.
• The M100 is also compatible with a range of attachments (see below) so you can expand your home gym as you progress
• Solid steel full length chrome spotters are supplied with the rack allowing you to workout safely in case you fail a rep
• Includes J-Cups with UHMW liners
• Strong 50mm x 50mm steel frame
• Powder coated finish in a choice of black or orange 
• Steel thickness ranges from 2mm right up to 6mm
• Bolt down feet for extra stability
• Fully adjustable - 17 levels
• 1" diameter holes spaced at 7.5cm intervals
• Multi grip pull up bar allows a range of narrow and wide grip pull ups
• Pull up bar diameter: 32mm with matt black finish. This can be installed upside down to reduce total height of rack to 204cm (190cm clearance to underside of pull bar in this position)
• The foot plates are pre-drilled with 11mm diameter holes but floor fixings are NOT included and will vary depending on your floor type. For masonry floors we recommend our Floor Fixing Kit (sold separately)
• The chrome 7ft barbell which is included is suitable for up to 300kg and comes complete with spring collars
• Our rubber bumper plates are a home gym favourite and feature stainless steel centre rings. Choose from either a 60kg or 100kg set.
• 60kg set includes 2 x 5kg, 2 x 10kg and 2 x 15kg plates
• 100kg set also includes 2 x 20kg plates
• 150kg set also includes 2 x 25kg plates
• Remember to also check out our weight benches. Adding a bench will also allow you to bench press and perform various other additional exercises inside the rack.

Delivery & Assembly

• This product is delivered in multiple boxes
• The courier will often not deliver all of the boxes at the same time. Please wait at least 48 hours for the other boxes to arrive before contacting us
• Assembly instructions are included
• Please note: tools required for assembly are not included but are available here
• The bar and plates will arrive with a light coating of lubricant which preserves them during storage. Please wipe this off before use or placing on any soft furnishings.
