Bought after a cheaper bike broke
As expected for a concept 2 product- robust, well built to last
Hoping it will last as long as my dad’s rowerg - which is still going strong 20 years later
Able to do both high intensity intervals with high resistance and also zone 2- providing a versatility beyond the other air bikes on market
Initially was a bit worried by noise on first impression- but the fan ‘white noise’ doesn’t travel far and is not noticeable by wife in next room
The free ‘erg data’ app which tracks workouts and provides a ‘workout of the day’ with a global scoreboard is a nice addition

It’s a concept 2!! Not much more to say other than concept 2 equipment is an industry legend for good reason. There are cheaper bikes, rowers, ski ergs but these are my go to models.

The bikeerg is a great piece of equipment. I bought it so I could increase my zone 2 training volume without increasing the risk of over training. For this purpose it is proving to be a great addition to my home cardio work outs.
