Purchased as I was injuredI ruptured a ligament so was unable to go to my usual means of exercise and bought this out of frustration. It works perfectly, came in very good time with reasonable postage cost. I genuinely believe it actually sped up my recovery and is now part of my weekly routine. It gives a full body workout and at first it was really tough, stick with it, it will get easier.
