It's 100% steel, no flaws on this product.
Mirafit should really put the measurements in the description page to write how much it "sticks out". It sticks out more than the dumbbell plates I use.
I will be buying screw tightening collars to try them out as they are shorter than these. However the 2 are in very different price points, are shaped very differently and are both perfect.

These work really well with olympic bars and also the olympic dumbbell handles especially when holding the bars vertically with a lot of plates on them. They are easy to put on and take off and also use up very little space on the loading area so useful if you need more space there. And as usual great quality and value from Mirafit!

Not much to say about these. Substantial, tight collars. No problems. Serve their purpose as required
