Double sided is useful, even if just to have a choice of which colour works best for you! And excellent size, slightly longer and wider than some other home gym mats which are frankly too small to be of functional use

Lovely mats, love the orange - my clients love them too. Shame my son tried out his new football studs on them *sigh* but holes only went through the orange side , so can confirm they’re thick and good quality !

I bought a second one of these, one for home and one for gym classes. really great mat, thin but gives great support to knees etc, much more so than the thicker ones.
