Bought the 91cm after buying the 45cm. Tbh. Either is good. You can lay on the 91cm, which might not be a part of roller regime ( the laying move ) Works well to relieve muscle stress. When first starting. Some muscles ( glutes ) might be overly tender against the roller density but not anymore. Ideal density and well made.

After doing a bit of research into a smooth foam roller for my it band there really only was one brand I would purchase from. This is a great foam roller, firm density and useful length for rolling out other problem areas. Delivery was speedy and communication was good.

This 91cm roller is very firm and a great length for wider shoulders, I have arthritis and place this roller on the bridge of my feet to assist with push ups. I don't think I've heard my back crack as much as this roller can. Great piece of gym equipment. Highly recommended!
