A solidly constructed foot plate which helps to open up a new series of exercise options. A useful addition to my power rack's pulley rig. The equipment was Despatched and delivered very quickly from this outlet, and was simple to assemble and affix in place.

Great piece of equipment, simple and effective design that it works on multiple different equipment of different brands. Very easy to assemble and having the option of having a foot rest on the wall mounted cable machine is great for smaller gyms with limited space.

Purchased this to add onto our wall mounted cable machine it is very well constructed and the finish very good i also like the fact it has packing for the tightening screws so they don't mark the frame and also helps keep it secure a very useful addition

Useful addition to the plate loaded cable tower. Its more of a nice to have than an essential in my opinion, as you can work around it with dumbbells, but worth it if you do lots of cable rows. being able to remove it quickly is nice as well.

I bought this to fit to my wall mounted cable machine so chose the 50mm version .
It's easy to fit and tightens well.
Took minutes and was easy to assemble.

This has made doing seated rows on the M100 cage so much easier. It doesn't have to be permanently bolted to the frame, it can be easily removed, so doesn't get in the way if you're not using it. It stores vertically very neatly against the wall occupying very little space, but when it's being used for rowing, it really makes a difference! I can use so much more weight and get such a good stretch. Thoroughly recommended if you've got the M11 with the pool down attachment.
