- Adjustable weights from 5kg to 20kg in 2.5kg increments
- Available as a single dumbbell or pair
- Each dumbbell can create the following weights: 5kg, 7.5kg, 10kg, 12.5kg, 15kg, 17.5kg, and 20kg
- Base dumbbell weight is 5kg
- End plates with screw thread weigh 2.5kg (1.25kg each)
- Adding the end plates to the base dumbbell creates a 7.5kg weight
- Heavier dumbbells are created by adding additional plates before screwing in the end plate
- Each additional plate adds 1.25kg
- The maximum weight is 20kg per dumbbell when all plates are attached
- End plates feature a knurled outer edge for grip when screwing in place
- 32mm diameter handle with knurling
- Machined steel construction with a chrome finish
- Weight tolerance of +/- 2%
