Ordered this for my home gym mainly for swings and a way of progressively overloading the exercise.
It's a well made product and looks it will take a beating! Easy to stack weights on and the plates are very secure.
You can't use it for snatches or cleans though. Just swings, rows/high pulls, and goblet squats.
Also, the handle is a lot wider than a kettlebell so I've had to adapt and adjust my technique to suit.
Still, it's a good product and solution at a fair price

I love this. For a simple kettle bell, it is brilliant, currently loaded with 42.5kg and you can go up and down the weights as much as you want. It was a lot sturdier than I was expecting, and the for the price it was better built than I thought it would be. The best part is it is more versatile than I was expecting. Sounds stupid, but when you have all the plates already, and this takes up the space of one kettle bell, and you can go as light or as heavy as you want. It's a great piece of equipment.

Brilliant for heavy goblet squats as you can grab underneath the lower part of the handle. Also good for various DL exercises if you're on a small platform as the handle is too high otherwise. Good for swings too and I also use it to store a full stack of 2.5kg plates on.

Another brilliant piece of Mirafit equipment! I've used it for kettle bell swings; but I'll mainly use it for Duck Walks. A great and cheap solution to a rack-load of kettle bells.

Decent solution, especially for the cost and if you already have the plates. Relatively easy to swap weights. You can do most swinging exercises with this, and great for squats and vertical pulls as the handle is really wide. It's been solidly integrated into my routine.
Main detraction is you won't be doing any hoisting movements e.g. clean and press, with this as the pin hits your wrist at the top of the movement which you don't want to do more than once, believe you me.
