Also features dedicated pull down and row stations. Leg anchor and foot plate attachments are included with the machine for use with these stations.

Heavy-duty 60x60mm uprights manufactured from 3mm thick steel
Front uprights are made from stainless steel for superior performance and durability

Allows the user to set the J-cups and spotter arms at exactly the right height according to the exercise being performed

Delivery & Assembly

Assembly requires 2-3 people (3 people recommended for Smith machine and top section installation)
Delivery of this product is kerbside only. You will be contacted after purchase to arrange a suitable weekday for delivery
This product will be delivered in a crate. Please note that you will be required to safely dispose of the crate. Please note the J-cups may arrive in a separate box
Assembly instructions are included
Assembly requires:
3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm Allen keys (all included)
2 x 16mm, 18mm, and 24mm spanners/sockets
Basic wrenches are included but we do not recommend using these as it is far easier to use spanners/sockets
Assembly requires the weight indicator stickers to be stuck onto the weight stack. We recommend using masking tape in order to mark out a straight line
Please note the machine also includes a temporary base-spacing component to ensure structural alignment during assembly (to be stored after use)
