I have a limited amount of space in my garage gym. This bar presented itself as the solution without buying expensive machinery. This is a great yet simple and effective way to add a load more exercises to my landmine routine. Suitcase RDL's, hip belt squats, single arm press, single arm rows, clean to overhead press to name a few. Sometimes I do a single all over body workout using this bar with my landmine. Saves a lot of hassle and time. Like all Mirafit products Ive purchased, this bar is well constructed and worth every penny.

Good grip width of the handle and good build quality on the ball end. The attachment is snug when you screw it on.

Bought to solve landmine grip problem - which it does. (Barbell sleeves are too big for some female hands to hold comfortably and safely.) Ball end also very useful. Well done Mirafit. Have other Mirafit kit and it never disappoints - thoughtfully designed, high quality, and well priced.
