I've now got a full set of these and they're so revolutionary to have. Both convenient to slap on the barbell when wanting a quick increment addition, but even more so for dumbells. I have 5kg increments up to 60kg, and with these I don't have to buy the 2.5kg increments between those meaning I save half the cost on fixed dumbells!
They fit super well, and with my 5kg increments I can even manage to get two pairs of the micro change plates onto a dumbell, although there's not loads of room for your hand it is doable.

These plates are just want to we needed to help progression & flexibility without having to splash out on additional dumbbells. They fit well with the Mirafit Hex dumbbells and are comfortable to use without getting in the way.

Already have the coloured ones but needed a couple more to even out the increments, and the black makes a nice change. Rare to find incremental discs in the average gym though I'd seen them for barbells or you could rig something up. But having shifted more towards dumbbell work over the years and being a proponent of more practical training philosophy like Stuart McRoberts Brawn, progressive resistance has often been difficult with dumbbells, especially for smaller muscle groups. Bit of luck stumbling on these genius things. Could do with a decent bag to cart them back and forth, and your mileage may vary depending on the handle size, and you need to consider the impact of slightly offset balance if using just one, but fit fine for those in my gym. Hope they last, but a must have in my mind.

Really great product! I own a small group PT gym and the change plates are really good to provide overload on movements where dumbbell jumps are quite big like lateral raises, skull crushers etc.
I’ve even ordered more!
