These are really handy for adding a little more to dumbbells and pulley system, in fact pretty much any free weights

I bought these for my home gym to fit between the gaps between dumbbell sizes; effectively I only need 5,10,15,20 rather than 5,7.5,10,12.5 etc and they’re perfect. Well made, perfect fit and not noticeable when fitted to a dumbbell.

The full set of these is really helping me progress at a nice even rate- quality seems great although given the fact that you have to flex the weights to snap them on to the dumbbells they might eventually wear out in the way that normal plates don’t
It is a real shame they don’t come with a protective case or bag though, nor does one seem to be available to buy

These are useful for avoiding big jumps between commercial fixed dumbbells, like the kind found in The Gym and Pure Gym. A jump up in 2 kg or 2.5 kg might be fine for a dumbbell row, or maybe a dumbbell press, but for smaller movements it could be too much. That kind of jump either leads to injury or getting stuck at a particular weight or rep.
These are well-made, although I have noticed some inconsistency in how the plates bend. Perhaps this is due to factory changes or shipping from China, as rubber will change its flexibility under certain conditions. Weight-wise, I've weighed them on expensive and accurate scales, and they're within 5 grams of each other. That's surprisingly good tolerance.
I use these plates on one-sided movements like curls, extensions, and side raises. In those situations, especially with side raises, I like to go up in the smallest increment, i.e. 0.25 kg. That is, I don't use both 0.25 plates at once. Instead, I start with one, and when I get stronger I go up to a 0.5 plate. Then I make 0.75 using the 0.5 and the 0.25, and so on. I do this all the way to the next dumbbell. This means for example, I can get 7 mini-jumps between each. For example:
8 kg dumbbell
8.25 (add a 0.25)
8.50 (add a 0.50)
8.75 (add a 0.50 and a 0.25)
9.00 (add two 0.50s)
9.25 (add two 0.50s and a 0.25)
9.50 (add a 1.0 and a 0.50)
9.75 (add a 1.0, a 0.50, and a 0.25)

The latter combinations reduce the space on the handle dramatically, and if you have anything above medium breadth hands, you will feel the pinch on either side of your fist. Ideally, a 0.75 plate could be produced in the same thickness as a 1 kg plate or less, and certainly thinner than the current combination of 0.50 kg and a 0.25 kg. That is easy to manufacture, and I have seen cheap versions of it elsewhere.
Mirafit would be smart to offer single discs also, especially for those who bought a smaller set and then realised they had need for more in a certain exercise.
Overall, great stuff, and useful for certain exercises. Oh yes, the discs have small slot holes other than the hole for the dumbbell itself. These may be from the factory moulding process. It would be smart to enlarge these slightly to allow a carrier strap to be threaded through them. Carrying these in the gym is a pain at times. Either that, or offer or sell a case. It can't be flimsy though.

I’ve been stuck between weights (dumbbells in particular) for various exercises & didn’t want to hurt myself attempting too big of a step up. Bought 0.25 & 0.50kg sets & can now work my way steadily, up. Also, just these 2 sets of fractional plates means I can add anything from 0.25 to 1.5kg to one dumbbell. Very happy.

Really helps with progression to have micro weights that will fit on dumbbells. These are quick to add and seem well made.

Works as intended. However if using 2 on one dumbell its pretty tight. Would love either slightly larger but 'thinner' plates and/or definately need a 0.75kg plate as mentioned by a previous reviewer.
