- Our 20kg Showtime bar matches the IWF men's specification for Olympic weightlifting and features a 28mm diameter shaft with a precision bearing setup for ultra smooth rotation
- The bar is designed to excel in high speed movements including snatch and clean & jerk exercises, giving you the confidence to lift heavy and take your weightlifting to new levels
- Hybrid needle bearing setup uses a combination of needle bearings and uprated inner-race bearings for superior performance compared to regular Olympic bars
- Stainless steel outer sleeve bushings for optimal durability
- IWF knurl marks
- Medium volcano style knurling with a passive centre knurl
- Barbell shaft is an ultra-durable hard chrome finish
- Barbell sleeves are hard chrome with a ribbed finish to assist when sliding plates on and off the bar
- Premium metal end caps with blue Showtime design
- Laser detailing with weight indicators on the inside of the sleeves
- Suitable for use with bumper plates and competition bumpers

- Barbells must only be dropped onto a surface suitable for weightlifting, such as a weightlifting platform or good quality rubber gym flooring of minimum 30mm thickness. Dropping bars onto an unsuitable surface could damage the bar and will invalidate the warranty
