This unit is value for money and the usual good standard of quality from Mirafit. Using multiple landmines for my own use has enabled me to create strength and conditioning programs otherwise not time efficient using just one with other kit. Well recommended.

Easy to setup although they do not supply you with a spanner
You do not need to clamp the apparatus down onto the floor when using, it can even work without resting against a wall
