Bought for my wife but I use this just as much as her now. A few different ways to use this but mostly a hamstring curler (we used YouTube for different ideas). Not an essential for a home gym but admittedly has become a staple piece of kit to help with mobility and stability work if you've recently had an injury.
Quite expensive if you won't use it frequently and may become a novelty!

I bought this for my daughter who is a runner / triathlete / qualified PT , she is amazingly strong , she pulled her hamstring last year which wasn’t a good thing and was advised by her sports physio to build up her glutes ( she is 5’3” and muscular apart from her bum , ) when you sent the email advertising this piece of equipment I bout it , she uses it regularly has incorporated it into her workouts , and it’s working wonderfully , worth the money , it’s very robust too .

Simple to build (it comes with 2 sets of instructions- use the one that comes with the box of wheels not the frame as the instructions that come with the frame aren't quite correct). Good quality. Several different exercises can be done (easy to find stuff on the internet). Nice to be able to work on glutes, hams, abs, abductors etc with such a versatile and compact piece of equipment.
