• The adjustable squat and bench press rack has 10 width positions, 13 barbell height settings, and 11 spotter levels to suit a wide range of users
• Adjust the barbell height to suit the exercise being performed and adjust the spotters to provide safety in the event of a failed lift
• Rack includes plate storage poles to keep gym organised (please note the poles are 1" diameter but can still be used with the supplied plates)
• Adjustable weight bench has 6 backrest angles and 4 seat angles
• Comfortable foam pads with anti-slip fabric ensure you are well supported
• Rubber bumper plates reduce workout noise and can be added to if you need more weight with additional plates available to purchase here
• The bar supplied is our 6ft International bar which features a 28mm diameter knurled grip, chrome finish and rotating sleeves. More information on the barbell can be found here.

Delivery & Assembly

• This product is delivered in multiple boxes
• The courier may not deliver the boxes at the same time. Please wait at least 48 hours before contacting us
• On arrival please wipe the product over to remove any dust before placing on floors
• The foot caps are designed to be a snug fit. To install please insert one edge then use a flat blade screwdriver or similar to lever the other edge into place
