GreatLike everything else I have bought from Mirafit this item is excellent. I use it for split squats, and various other exercises that I want to lock my legs out like dumbell overhead press or lat pull downs.

A good buyI haven't used it for anything other than lat pulldowns yet but for that it is perfect. Easy to secure in place, pad rotates so you can scoot your legs under it easily and it holds you firmly in place. Never knew such a thing existed until I saw it by chance, a great addition. I use it with my M2 rack.

Quite possibly the most useful accessory I've bought.I've bought this to use with a rack that I purchased from another strength equipment shop, the rack width and tube sizes are the same, and I've mostly bought m200 accessories due to the greater range and good fit. I have previously made a similar accessory out of wood, but this is much sturdier, a better fit, takes up less space and is more comfortable. It's also more versatile. In addition to assisting with lat pulldowns I've also used this for sit ups, Nordic curls, as a back support for bicep exercises, as an additional cross bar to hang pulleys (further pins and straps required to keep it in place), as a support to stop the bench sliding when using jammer arms, split squats, chest supported rows, and hamstring stretches. For storage I can attach it to the top cross bars so it is completely out of the way and takes up virtually no extra space. It takes seconds to attach and is very strong. There is a bit of play in it, but this is necessary on order to make it easy to fit. Once it is on, it is secure and as soon as you add any weight/pressure to it the play is gone completely. It's really good. If mirafit could make a way to securely attach a pulley for low rows, it'd be perfect. Id even buy a separate bar for this. At the moment I'm using straps with d rings, which kind of work, but is tricky to set up as only way to attach is with the straps, which aren't rigid until a force is applied.
