Assembly and Delivery

• Delivery of this product is kerbside only. We will contact you after order to arrange a suitable weekday for delivery
• This product will be delivered in a crate and additional box. Please note that you will be required to safely dispose of the crate and box
• At least two people are required for assembly
• Assembly instructions are included
• Assembly requires:
• 2 x 17mm (M10) spanners/sockets and 2 x 24mm (M16) spanners/sockets
• To reduce friction, apply a lubricating oil such as 3in1 oil to the rollers and sliding section. This will help it to slide more freely.
• Assembly requires the weight indicator stickers to be stuck onto the weight stack. We recommend using masking tape in order to mark out a straight line
