Nice Cups!Bought these as needed some additional cups so i didnt have to keep changing positions of the cups on the M3 rack great J cups, better than the originals, which are still good, but racking the barbell in chest press is easier with these, just waiting for the spotters!!!! come on Mirafit where are they ??

Require some getting used toThese are super solid hooks and I recommend them for anyone with the orange M3 rack who is worried about the finish since these have the UHMW liners to prevent scratching to frames and the standard hooks don't. They take a bit of getting used to with the depth when unracking for bench press but it's a lot easier to rerack.

Great upgrade, improves safety and confidenceBought these after a couple of near-misses when racking with the standard J-Cups after some heavy bench presses. The increased depth and height of the "receiver" in these cups gives you a much greater area to aim for when re-racking, whether from bench press or for squats. These now live on the "inside" of my rack, while the standard cups sit on the front outside for benched rows and for loading the bar for dead lifts. Just need the M3 Spotter Arms to come into stock to complete my setup!

Great Jcups giving improved rack clearancePurchased as an accessory for the M3 yoke for squats and bench pressing, these are excellent attachments, with the improved designed giving the user better clearance from the rack for mounting and dismounting Olympic bars. The liners help reduce the risk of bars becoming marked and the snug design reduces the risk of the Jcups moving when in use.
