Easy to set up and use. Easy to dismantle and transport but heavy! Definitely good for a workout with various options to push pull, use the harness or rope.

I bought the sled for myself and my son who has just started endurance training I bought it with all the attachments as it was better value for money than just the sled, very smooth and sturdy and we are really feeling the many different benefits this machine is giving us and knowing it will last us our training days is money we'll spent.

This is a solid piece of kit, not a lightweight imitation, 10mins to assemble, socket set and/shifting spanners, not tried the harness & lanyards yet but the frame itself as good as much more expensive options, fast del, good UK company

Moul grips and an adjustable spanner is key for this item. Wound me up for 10 minutes but after getting into the swing it was easy enough. Bigger than i expected. Over the moon!

Bought this after a bad experience with another brand which did not slide properly on my astroturf when fully loaded. I was a bit concerned about the quality as it is such a good price, but the sled is excellent and I recommend it highly. Only comment is that for assembly you need two high quality spanners as the nuts have nylon sleeves and are very stiff to turn. Other than that, it's superb and I recommend it highly!
