Really well made and put together sled. Unfortunately the holes in the bottom of the runners are like cheese graters and have ruined the carpet area in our Studio. A costly mistake. I emailed to explain but I was told they don’t recommend using on carpet. At time of writing doesn’t state this in the description, just “most surfaces”. First bit if MiraFit kit I’ve had an issue with, everything else has been top notch

very happy with the sled, easy to put together and easy to transition at both ends of the track with the removable posts. I leave mine outside and seems to be weathering well!

Originally I bought this for my 13 year old son for his rugby training .
But after 1 session I realised what a brilliant workout can be achieved with the sled
I’m 52 I’m a Level 2 England boxing coach so I have some experience in fitness.
The leg burn you can achieve is second to none also I’m finding that u can also also achieve a great cardio workout .
I recommend anyone considering buying one to watch

The MIRAFIT sled itself seems to be really robust & of a quality build we have been using it at our local park i transport in the back of my car no problems & it seems to draw a lot of attention from all sports backgrounds.
