- We designed this product to perform two primary functions
- Firstly, to provide a compact floor protection solution for performing dumbbell and slam ball exercises. The pad allows you to lower dumbbells safely to the floor and is ideal for exercises such as single arm overhead press, as well as for use during slam ball workouts where floors are not suitable for direct use
- Secondly, to provide a simple seat solution for use when performing low rows. This raises the user off the floor providing comfort compared to sitting on hard floors or rough/dusty surfaces such as concrete garage floors. The seat also raises the height of the user, which can be useful with certain cable machines on the market where the lowest cable height is too high for an optimal range of motion
- The high density foam core performs well for both solutions and the compact size of the pad means it is easily stored away after use
- The pad features a target design on one side to mark the centre of the pad and is plain black on the other side
- When used as a drop pad it not only adds protection but also reduces impact and noise
- Durable 1000D PVC wipe clean outer cover with hook and loop closure
