- Increase barbell weight in 0.25kg increments (either side)
- Calibrated to +/- 10g
- Allows you to gradually build up strength

Good weightsI bought these to help round my EZ curl bar to 10 kg. They do the job, they're as described.

Really useful, I may order moreI am new to weightlifting. I do it home and got myself sorted with the Mirafit ladies barbell and 5, 10, 15, and 20 weights. I soon appreciated that fractional weights would be useful as I build my way up to lifting my weight (54kg). Initially I was wrapping velcro weights around the bar, but I am sure some of them aren't accurate and they don't look professional on any level. These are great and well made. A nice little touch would be a storage bag for them. I use on old toiletry bag at the moment, but again not a professional look. I am considering ordering more to help with in-between targets.

Fractional weights great!I've a full set of Olympic weight plates and these I got to finish the set. My youngest has just started to show a keen interest in shifting weights. So I finally had the opportunity to make, the most of these fractional progression plates. They progressed from 30kg just a few reps to 37.5kg in a matter of weeks. They now press 3 sets of 10 no problem, with a strength conditioning program. Only gripe is the thinnest plates have lost there paint inside the 2' hole. Which could easily be solved Mirafit! Cove
