Plates are lovely, I bought them to use for Olympic lifts where I need smaller increments than 1.25. Arrived quickly, well-packaged.

Very useful. Nice to have smaller increments for certain lower weights exercises. They do actually make a difference. Highly beneficial for my weak girlfriend who finds the 2.5kg plates too much of a jump.

I am new to weightlifting. I do it home and got myself sorted with the Mirafit ladies barbell and 5, 10, 15, and 20 weights. I soon appreciated that fractional weights would be useful as I build my way up to lifting my weight (54kg). Initially I was wrapping velcro weights around the bar, but I am sure some of them aren't accurate and they don't look professional on any level. These are great and well made. A nice little touch would be a storage bag for them. I use on old toiletry bag at the moment, but again not a professional look. I am considering ordering more to help with in-between targets.

I bought these as a gift for my boyfriend as the gym at his regiment's camp doesn't have the small increment plates that he could do with. They're so useful, arrived really quickly and were packaged well but when we opened them, one of the .5kg weights had a big scuff on the side so that you could see the steel beneath it. Doesn't affect the use at all, but was just a shame for a brand new product.

Love Mirafit and these very much do what they are there for - a vital addition to your setup for incremental gains.
Only issue is that over the past 6 months the paint has started to flake/chip off most of them so they no longer look the part. I haven't been rough with them. I'd go for the plain silver version next time.
