- Colour coded exercise bands in a range of resistance levels:
- Silver: Light (20lb)
- Grey: Medium (30lb)
- Orange: Strong (50lb)
- Black: Extra Strong (60lb)
- 100% natural latex tube with nylon covers
- Nylon cover prevents the tube from damage and overstretching, extending the life of the product
- All bands have the same 120cm length (unstretched), which is ideal for a wide range of user heights
- Suitable for strength, flexibility, and conditioning workouts
- Tubes include carabiners, allowing you to stack bands together
- Easy to attach door anchor allows you to perform additional exercises and get a full workout at home
- Includes carry bag to store the set away when not in use

Resistance TubesExcellent bit of kit. Let's me vary the resistance effort to suit various exercises at home. Good quality and looks as though they will last for a while. Particularly like the handles. Would definitely recommend these.
