Not strong enoughI should have checked out the strength before, but i needed about double the resistance of the strongest band. Obvious tip however ( which has worked well) combining the bands makes for greater reaistance. Ive overlapped them all and theyre helping with rotator cuff injury. Price is excellent. Just an FYI, Landmine presses have been a God send for rotator cuff injury. Mirafit do a weighted landmine plate for shoulder landmine press.... I advise buying one for any shoulder injury. Most under-rated exercise on the planet!

Good travel companionRecovering from rotator cuff injury and my physio suggested exercises using these. Currently on holiday so easy to pack and not reliant on hotel having a gym. Found extra exercises on YouTube but would be good if Mirafit gave link to their own suggestions for use.
