It’s as good as it looks in the image. Secure for Plyo training, BS squat and surprisingly not as heavy as you’d think it would be.
And if this is a ballot, I’m so glad it’s black and not orange : )

Brilliant build quality, very sturdy when performing belt squats at 18inch height. has made a massive difference to squat depth available execute. non slip surface and feet without being rough on the skin or flooring. Just purchased x2 12 incher's to complent the larger sizes also. These are probably the most cost effective plyo boxes out there, really cant be beat. If you're wondering whether these are for you, they are.
