Heavy duty and solid, this has so many uses, cardio or weights. Good rubber grip on top and the feet. The raiser blocks are excellent on their own. Definitely the ultimate step.

I use one of these as my instructor step for my HiiTStep and step aerobics classes at The Health Shed. It is a very good quality and solid step. It also comes in handy for my Hyrox performance classes that I coach as the locking risers make it very easy to move around from my studio to my gym. As always with Mirafit gym equipment, it's top quality for training or coaching.

I just received this exercise step wanting to do both cardio and weights on it. I wanted something sturdy to accomodate a variety of step, jump, and weight exercises. That's why I also bought an additional pair of raisers. These steps are super substantial and heavier than I thought. They are not going anywhere! Very sturdy, antislip and great quality.
