AmazingAs a result of an injury I’ve suffered from limited shoulder mobility for years and pretty much gave up barbell squats 9 years ago as trying to force myself into either a front or back squat position always put stress on my right shoulder and forced an unwanted arch in my back causing lower back pain if I squatted anything vaguely heavy. For years I’ve limited myself to double kettlebell front squats which are certainly beneficial but it’s hard to go heavy. Getting this bar is a revelation - I was able to comfortably squat my body weight with a salute my no shoulder or lower back pain. I wish I’d bought one years ago. The actual bar is well made and up to the usual high Mirafit standard. The sleeves smoothly rotate which is impressive given the price, and I like some of the other bars I looked at, comes fully assembled. If you have a history of shoulder pain or injury then and want to squat pain free, this is absolutely something worth investing in.

Great but if kit if you have spaceGreat bar, lives permanently on the squat rack which is important because the bar does not store flat or hang easily. If you have space then this is a great bit of kit.
