Quirky product. So cool.The safety squat bar is such a good idea. I'm recovering from a frozen shoulder and can't raise my arm far enough to hold the bar at my shoulders so the handles are just perfect. I'm also a whimp re getting sore from standard bars resting across by back/shoulders. The padding which comes ready fixed to thr bar is great. Would have liked a 6 foot bar as I'm only 5 foot but manage to control the 7foot bar ok.

Excellent piece of equipmentBought the MIRAFIT 7FT OLYMPIC SAFETY SQUAT BAR for my son; I was worried about him in the gym on his own, lifting weights, with no one spotting for him. SuperbFor the money this is just outstanding. Shoulder pain has sidelined my upper body training but at least with this bar I can still load up my squat. Already had 180kg on it. Felt great.

ExcellentThought I’d try this bar as I was never flexible enough to do regular squats. I’ve only used this bar a couple of times, but, I am more comfortable using it as I don’t have the problem of feeling I’m going to fall backwards and lose control. Very comfortable squatting with this bar. Have more control and can lower myself all the way down which I could never do with back squats. Can see how this will greatly improve my leg training.

ExcellentI have shoulder mobility problems and can‘t hold a regular bar across my shoulders. This is perfect and allows me to squat. Also very comfortable.
