EmpowHER Fitness
Location: Norwich - Norfolk
Type: Small Group PT | Women’s Only Community
Project type: Gym upgrade
EmpowHER recently upgraded to the M4 Rig to enhance their training sessions as both the gym and its community continue to grow. Mirafit has been a long-standing supplier since the start of their journey and continues to support EmpowHER as they develop and expand their services.
The Brief: EmpowHER Fitness
EmpowHER Fitness set out to create a supportive and welcoming training space where women feel comfortable, build confidence and challenge themselves in ways they never thought possible. The gym delivers small group strength training in a light commercial environment, so durable, reliable equipment was a key priority.
Making the most of the available space was essential to the brand, which is why Mirafit’s customisable storage systems played a crucial role in fitting the space and organising equipment efficiently. Mirafit also supported EmpowHER in upgrading from racks to a full rig, providing increased space and functionality — a change that has significantly enhanced the flow and quality of their training sessions.
“The quality and durability of their products are outstanding”
Since opening 2.5 years ago, our female-only small group training gym, EmpowHER Fitness, has been kitted out with Mirafit equipment, and we couldn’t be happier. The quality and durability of their products are outstanding, helping us create a professional, fully-equipped environment suitable for small group training where our members feel confident and supported. We love working with the Mirafit team and would recommend their equipment to any gym looking for top notch kit!
