- West side hole spacing enables a more precise height for spotters and bar rests with 1 inch spacing through the bench press area and 2 inch throughout - great for users of any stature
- Laser cut numbers on the front and back of each upright make it easy to select the perfect height for attachments
- 17.5mm hole size is compatible with a full range of M4 power rack attachments
- Heavy duty foot plates with bolt down design
- Grade 8.8 M16 hardware throughout
- Pull-up bars are also suitable for muscle ups
- Each bay creates two additional workout stations

- The M4 rigs must be bolted down before use
- The foot plates are pre-drilled with 13mm holes, but floor fixings are NOT included and will vary depending on your floor type
- If in doubt, please consult a builder in relation to your floor type and the best method of securing
