I find that most clips and collars come loose and these are no exception. I tend to stick with my spinlocks for bars where I rarely change the plates but these are handy for a quick plate change when I’m using the same bar for different exercises in a routine. They do seem to lose a little of their grip over time.

Love the colourway and the upgrade this adds to my setup - not crucial but worthwhile if you (try to) work out regularly - it can get spendy if you switch out on all your bars.

I have been purchasing gym equipment from Mirafit for years now and never been disappointed. I thought I would try out their collars as the ones I have are old. As always my new collars arrived in very quick time and from opening the box I knew I had made the right choice again. Unlike my old collars these fitted perfectly onto my bar very tightly so pleased with them. Once again you do get what you pay for. Thanks Mirafit.

Easy to use. Makes plate changes quicker especially going from warm up to working sets.
