Great bit of kit, my only thing is there isn't usual marking on the knurling so it hard for youth to figure out when to set their hands for snatch grip.

Received this lovely anodised looking technique bar from Mirafit. Got it for my 7 year old son along with some collar grips and 2kg change plates. I like to buy quality when I buy weight lifting items, I looked at Jordan, Rogue and Eleiko, but couldn't justify price and postage. Did a bit of Googl'ing for UK based weight lifting suppliers and Mirafit came up, nice website, good prices, good postage.I am very please with the quality and construction of this bar. You do need to do research on the thickness of plates you put on this as it can only take 100mm of plates so watch that.
You cannot beat Mirafot on postage, don't know how they do it. £4.95 postage for 2 bars, 5kg technique plates, change plates etc. Perhaps 40kg in total and 7 parcels, to Northern Ireland. I'm dumb founded.

Got this for my son to start training movement patterns with very light weights (12yrs old). Super light 2.5kg means he can handle it no problem but he feels like he's doing 'proper' lifting. The thinner 22mm centre grip is perfect for his smaller hands and the rubberised fractional plates slip on nicely. The 20kg capacity means by the time he gets to that kind of weight he'll be able to use a bigger bar.

A little pricey but a great tool for teaching the kids how to lift. A broom stick works just as well but can’t get the weights to spin on one.
