I love this attachment! Fantastic for lat pull downs either with the wide or closer grip. Fantastic for bicep curls. I also use it for triceps by holding the handles pulling them down. The only negative is that the attachment is very heavy which makes some movements a tad difficult but im nip picking as i would buy this again 10 times over.

Fantastic addition to the cable machine, gives a huge variety of exercises, with the angles adding to the work on the forearms, great attachment well worth the money.

I bought this as I needed a multi purpose piece of kit for my small home pulley system. Lacking space I needed something that would give me a lot of options on a budget.
This bar exceeded my requirements. A solid piece of kit. As others have mentioned, it is a heavy bar, but, that just adds to the durability of it.
A very nice addition to the home set up and highly recommend.

This bar is pretty heavy and is probably too heavy for seated rows. It's great for lat pull-down exercises and OK for the triceps and bicep curls. The knurling on my one is very inconsistent. The outside parallel grips knurling is very weak like almost printed on as it goes along which is disappointing and wierd as the inside parallel grip is very strong knurling.. The other knurled parts are quite consistent and are fine. I haven't contacted mirafit about it as I simply don't have the time to deal with returning it. In saying that I will use it as need a parallel grip lat pull-down solution and I guess this will be fine.
I would have given it five stars if mine had better knurling as the other reviews say it is all consistent, so I'm maybe a bit unlucky with my one..

Really well machined, right size and I feel it won’t ever cause problems. The knurling is very deep - it’s grippy but hard on the hands so gloves needed. It’s not a problem, will get better with time.

Great bar to help focus different angles of your bicep and a extra pull back on your high / low row
