• Fully adjustable j-cup and spotter positions - 17 levels
• 1" diameter holes spaced at 7.5cm intervals
• Multi grip pull up bar allows a range of narrow and wide grip pull ups
• Pull up bar diameter: 32mm with matt black finish. This can be installed upside down to reduce total height of rack to 204cm (190cm clearance to underside of pull bar in this position)
• Suitable for use with a 7ft or 6ft international barbell. Please note this cage is too wide for a standard 6ft barbell
• Compatible with a range of attachments (see below)
• The foot plates are pre-drilled with 11mm diameter holes but floor fixings are NOT included and will vary depending on your floor type. For masonry floors we recommend our Floor Fixing Kit (sold separately)
• Remember: metal spotters can potentially damage barbells. For additional barbell protection from spotters please see our barbell spotter pads.
