Extremely fun and effective for building big shoulders and upper back. Can’t help but lift every time I enter and exit the gym. So glad I ordered this, build quality is very good, delivery was on time- quick for a big bulky object. Look forward to every session where I have it planned in to my workout schedules

Well worth the money, my log also weighs around 35kg not 30kg so don't think it's accurate who ever made it. But fit fir purpose

Negatives first!
• Metal shavings! Had to shake and vaccuum out an insane amout of waste material (little metal balls). Took about 20 mins. This may be an anomaly or normal for a new log, I'm not sure, but I wasn't thrilled about it. Would've trashed my gym or get in my eyes when overhead if I didn't put in the significant effort to get them out first
• Knurling on handles could be harsher. Fairly smooth already
• Minor cosmetic imperfections with the rims
Positives!
• Empty weight is perfect for being able to warm-up and for weaker/smaller clients
• Classy branding, looks smart
• Multi-grips are a great touch
• Diameter isn't to small to replicate a comp log, nor is it stupidly thick and cumbersome
• Sturdy for such a light log. Feels very solid.
• Delivery was quick and great quality with protective packaging. Not wasteful packaging either!

Great piece of kit, fits well into my gym and is the highlight to any training session. The two grip handles are super beneficial allowing you to get the most out of the kit.

I bought the log for my wife as she is into strongwoman. Happy birthday! The weight is just at the top end for her but she loves it. Keeps mentioning the word badass! Impressed with the build quality and pleased I went for the larger log as more in line with the logs used in competition. Bought a pair of drop pads for it and this made a difference.

Looks amazing! Weight is perfectly balanced. Not as heavy as it looks which is perfect for teaching with as well as training heavy with.
If you are collecting strongman equipment, I would invest in this log! Quick delivery and delivery being just under £5 compared to sourcing elsewhere like Facebook Marketplace or Ebay where del charge is over £50+? No competition!
