- Orange adjustable kettlebell: 8kg, 10kg, 12kg, 14kg, and 16kg weights
- Grey adjustable kettlebell: 16kg, 18kg, 20kg, 22kg, and 24kg weights
- Quick and easy weight adjustment
- Simply push down and rotate the knob to set the weight, then lift
- Compact competition style kettlebell body offers the advantage of being a consistent size whatever the weight you set
- The weight increments are clearly marked on the top of each kettlebell
- Each weight features its own secure fastener inside to minimise rattling whilst exercising
- Matte black powder coating for a secure non-slip grip
- Please note: this kettlebell is not designed to be dropped and doing so may damage the internal mechanism. When you have finished exercising, place the kettlebell down carefully
