Purchased these for my wife as she’s starting to do a little bit of weight training. They are Brilliant certainly better than using a barbell etc. Very well made as expected from Mirafit and are a great addition to our home gym.

Originally bought an 8 kg bar for my daughter, but I am really taken with it, offers a different grip/feel to raises for example, very smooth lift, will probably but a 12 kg for myself
