Great barI have the 2 kg bar as wanted something with a bit more weight than a broom handle, to help with stretching. works really well for movement and is justy the right length for me.

Absolutely superbI got the 10kg bar..it’s amazing…can so sooo many different workouts with it…I love it. It’s so comfortable to hold and grip too!! So much nicer than having bulky weights at the end ????

Good QualityThe bar is as good as the ones at my local gym. I use it across my shoulders for walking lunges, it helps with my balance. It's also good for ball squats in my cramped home gym.
