Hoped to use this to loop around something in the garden. Too small to loop around anything of substance. Yes, I should have checked the dimensions but I went by the statement on the website "Anchor strap: The anchor strap consists of two straps with a carabiner to join them. It can be fixed to a stable object such as a tree or fence post. The woven nylon strap prolongs the lifespan of a battle rope so that it isn’t rubbing against a rough object.". Won't fit around a standard 100mm fence post properly, and any tree small enough for this to fit would easily be damaged. Rope is fine but let down by this accessory. Maybe the other fixing methods are better, but having seen this item I would worry about their suitability too.

Bought this so I could fashion a sled pulling belt using a dipping belt. The quality is great and works perfectly. Haven't seen very many companies with this product.
