- Holes provide multiple positions for a wide range of adjustment in terms of handle spacing, allowing you to dial in your preferred grip when connecting handles

- Elongated holes allow a range of carabiner sizes (carabiners not included)
- Add 360 degree rotation to your handles using our stainless steel attachment eyelets available here

Great bit of kit for the home gymI suffer from elbow pain due to my job and it was impacting my training so I bought this to use with strap handles so a more comfortable feeling could be achieved, brilliant piece of kit used with my cable stack at a great price point.

Another Great Mirafit AccessoryI have been experiencing some pain of late with lat pulldown and rows. I decided to invest in the Mirafit Adjustment Rail to see if a more flexible connection to the machine would help. It has! I now use the Adjustment Rail with strap handles for all my pulling and rowing movements. Being able to rotate my arm alignment by just a few degrees has made a tremendous difference. The variable width placements also add variety to the exercises. This is not a complex piece of equipment, but it is well-made at a reasonable price point. I would definitely recommend it.
