By far, the best and most versatile piece of equipment I have purchased from Mirafit. Normal outstanding quality. Works brilliantly in terms of lifts and pushes, handles are smooth and effortless in the lifts and transitions - Cleans, jerks, squats, RDL’s etc etc. Can load significant weight on the bars - perfectly balanced. Ticks off many many exercise boxes with one piece of kit. Have mine attached to landmine on M3 half. Zero movement when lifting.

Transition between reverse lunge, deadlift,clean & jerk to press all in one superset.
Really well constructed ,good finish and seconds to fit together
Cons
You will scratch this bar ,personally I don’t care
You will need at least a partial set of weights until you progress and collars
You will need training weights or some kind of prop for the bar when you load the weight because the bar rotates easily and it’s awkward to do it one handed.
This land mine bar is brilliant, apart from bench pressing this is the only piece of equipment I use now due to its versatility.
Definitely recommend if you’re starting back training or training with injuries
