- Quickly change exercises by rotating the leg pads to face either inside our outside

- End caps protect flooring from scuffs and scratches
- Stainless steel weight poles for easy plate loading
- Aluminium pulleys provide a smooth glide
- Aluminium adjustment knobs
- Moulded foot rests for increased traction

- Floor mount plates allow the machine to be bolted down

Great abductor and adductorGreat machine very effective, its up there with the top brands but only brand to bring both machines in to one, well done mirafit I was skeptical that the effects and feeling of the machine and muscle would not be the same. However I kid you not it's fantastic same as the commercial brands as hammerstrength and so on.
