- Mirafit Home Gym Cable Pulley System
- Provides a simple, cost effective solution for adding cable exercises into a home workout
- Attaches via the included strap to any pull up bar
- Very simple to install. Simply loop the strap over the bar then pass the pulley through
- Suitable for loading up to 75kg
- Compact design easily stores away
- Can also fit inside a backpack. Great for personal trainers or workouts on the move.
- Please note the system is designed to work with a range of bar heights but the usability and range of exercises will vary depending on the bar and user height. There are 3 ways the system can be adjusted:
- 1. The strap can be wrapped around the bar multiple times to raise the pulley height slightly
- 2. The included chain allows further adjustment. Choose which links are used and which end to install it, or remove it altogether
- 3. We also offer a range of replacement cables for customers who wish to purchase an alternate cable length available here
- The system comes with a twin strap handle that is suitable for a variety of exercises. Other suitable attachments are also available here.
- A strap is included that can wrap around a kettlebell handle or used with standard 1" weight plates
- To use the system with 2" Olympic plates or bumpers please purchase the package with the loading pin

Great item.Can't describe how good this is. We used it for the first time today and so pleased we ordered it along with the pin and handle. We've also ordered a longer handle now as it warrants it. Really has added another dimension to our gym sessions.

Definitely worth it !!This is a welcome addition to my tricep training repertoire .. i opted for the package with the loading pin versus a cheap £20 similar option on ebay , but truth is you get what you pay for and i was right in choosing mirafit , all components are very high grade materials and everything comes well packaged , i had already purchased a tricep pushdown bar elsewhere and it was a perfect match , my only concern was swinging motion but due the high standard of material and craftsmanship there has been no such issue at all .. should have bought this sooner had i known how good it was .. great work !

Amazing piece of kit!Such a versatile piece of kit and a great addition to mu studio. Can we used for so many different exercises including lat pulldowns, lat raise, face pull, tricep work, kneeling rows...the list is endless.
