- Provides a simple, cost effective solution for adding cable exercises into a home workout
- Attaches via the included strap to any pull up bar
- Very simple to install. Simply loop the strap over the bar then pass the pulley through
- Suitable for loading up to 75kg
- Compact design easily stores away
- Can also fit inside a backpack. Great for personal trainers or workouts on the move.
- Please note the system is designed to work with a range of bar heights but the usability and range of exercises will vary depending on the bar and user height. There are 3 ways the system can be adjusted:
- 1. The strap can be wrapped around the bar multiple times to raise the pulley height slightly
- 2. The included chain allows further adjustment. Choose which links are used and which end to install it, or remove it altogether
- 3. We also offer a range of replacement cables for customers who wish to purchase an alternate cable length available here
- The system comes with a twin strap handle that is suitable for a variety of exercises. Other suitable attachments are also available here.
- A strap is included that can wrap around a kettlebell handle or used with standard 1" weight plates
- To use the system with 2" Olympic plates or bumpers please purchase the package with the loading pin

Good product for the priceThis is a really sturdy piece of kit (I got the loading pin too) for the money. Easy to assemble, and smooth to use. Removing the chain connection from the loading pin when adding/removing plates can be a little fiddly, but that's just a small thing. Also it would be good to know what it's max loading capacity is. Would certainly recommend overall.

Game changerThis is an unbelievable piece of kit for a home gym. I am limited for height room so was unable to have the pulley installed for my power cage, this offered an alternative at a really competitive price. The equipment as always with Mirafit is well made, definitely recommend the Olympic plate adapter.

Amazing bit of kit for your cable pulling needs.The one thing that i was missing from my home gym was some form of cable machine. When i found out mirafit did one that attatched to the pullup bar on my power rack, i had to get one. The product arrived very quickly and i was greated by the usual high quality that mira fit are known for. I hooked it up today and it's an amazing bit of kit if you haven't got the room for a full on cable machine. I can't wait to use it more in my future workouts. Nifty & Cost-Effective Piece of EquipmentWhat a great addition to my Home Gym, allows me to complete a number of exercises that I would only be able to do with a costly dedicated cable machine, it’s worth paying the extra for the Olympic plate loading pole. Once again Mirafit hit the mark for price, quality & innovation in the Home Gym market ????????
