Really glad I got this. My clients love it, its easy to load up and store away too. Only downside is the harness is massive for women but we still boss it.

Using for speed work, it’s absolutely perfect. A little weighty but then again - it is for resistance so, it is what it is. All weights slide on easily and harness is strong.

I bought this sled to help rehab my knee and build strength in my accessory muscles. The sled comes complete with harness and straps so all you need to do is add weight and away you go. The compact design means you can pop it in the car and take it to the local park for sledging longer distance if that's your thing. I would definitely recoment this sled.
