• Mirafit M210 Half Power Rack with Pulley System
• Available with or without storage system
• A fantastic multi gym solution for home users, allowing a wide range of strength training, pull ups, and cable exercises
• Cable pulley system includes lat pull down bar and straight bar suitable for seated rows, push downs, bicep curls and various other exercises
• Rack includes J-Cups with UHMW liners and spotters to provide safety in the event of a failed lift
• Main rack features a strong 60mm x 60mm powder coated steel construction and is suitable for exercises such as squats and bench press
• Rack holes are 1" diameter and spaced at 8cm intervals, allowing the barbell height to be easily adjusted to suit the exercise being performed
• Pulley system includes standard 1" diameter weight poles and 2" adaptors allowing use with either standard or Olympic plates
• Spring collars for the cable system are also included in both sizes
• Storage hooks at the top allow the lat pull bar to store out of the way when not in use
• Multi-grip pull up bar allows for variations in grip to target different muscles
• Please note the package will also be delivered with an additional straight 32mm diameter pull up bar which will be spare and not required as part of the build
• Rack includes foot caps to prevent damage to floors and can also be bolted down for extra stability
• Suitable for use with a 7ft or 6ft international barbell. Please note this rack is too wide for a standard 6ft barbell.
• Storage system is optional and features eight Olympic weight storage poles (please note the storage system is not compatible with standard 1" plates)
• Rack is also compatible with various M200 series attachments available here
• Cable system can also be used with a range of other cable attachments available here

• The courier will often not deliver all of the boxes at the same time. Please wait at least 48 hours for the other boxes to arrive before contacting us
