• Our M210 Rack features a strong 60mm x 60mm steel frame with heavy duty brace plates for extra strength
• The rack has 16 height levels spaced at 8cm intervals enabling the barbell rests and spotters to be setup for a range of popular exercises including squats and bench presses
• The cable system allows for high and low cable exercises including lat pull down, seated row, tricep pushdown, biceps curl and more
• Cable system is supplied with lat pull down bar, straight bar, spring collars and Olympic adaptors allowing the included bumper plates to be used
• Cable system can also be used with a range of other cable attachments available here
• The rack features a multi-grip pull up bar that allows for variations in grip to target different muscles
• Please note the package will also be delivered with an additional straight 32mm diameter pull up bar which will be spare and is not required as part of the build
• UHMW lined J-Cups and spotters offer excellent protection against barbell damage

• Storage bay provides 4 weight poles each side for neat storage of all bumper plates, and plenty of room for storing additional plates if you purchase more later
• The rack is supplied with foot caps to protect floors against damage and can also be bolted down if desired
• The floor plates are pre-drilled with 11mm diameter holes but floor fixings are NOT included and will vary depending on your floor type. For masonry floors we recommend our Floor Fixing Kit (available here)
• The M3 barbell weighs 20kg and features a knurled grip, rotating sleeves and eight piece needle bearings for smooth, reliable spin
• A pair of quick release barbell collars are also included to secure the weights on the bar and allow for fast weight changes
• The bumper plates supplied with this package are our generation 2 bumpers which feature premium raised lettering and a bevel edge for easier handling

Delivery & Assembly

• This product is delivered in multiple boxes
• The courier will often not deliver all of the boxes at the same time. Please wait at least 48 hours for the other boxes to arrive before contacting us
• Assembly instructions are included
• Please note: tools required for assembly are not included but are available here
• During assembly pay special attention to the rear base bar which has two sets of holes. Ensure you follow the assembly diagrams to use the correct set of holes otherwise this will cause alignment issues. The spare holes are in place to accommodate optional weight storage poles.
• The bar and plates will arrive with a light coating of lubricant which preserves them during storage. Please wipe this off before use or placing on any soft furnishings.
