• The machine can also be bolted to the floor for extra stability (floor fixings not included). This is always recommended and is essential for the freestanding version of the machine.

Rack Compatability Guide

• M3 Power Rack - Direct fitment to 228cm and 208cm versions (includes required bolts). Not compatible with 188cm height.
• M4 Power Rack, M4 Half Power Rack & M4 Rig - Suitable but will require longer bolts as the included M3 bolts are not long enough due to the larger box sections on the M4 rack. A pack of 4 x M16 x 120mm bolts is available here.
• M4 Flat Foot Power Rack & Tall Squat Rack - Not suitable as connection arm will fowl on triangle brace plate
• M1 /M100 Series - Not compatible. Use freestanding version.
• M2 / M200 Series - Not compatible. Use freestanding version.

Delivery & Assembly

• The plate loaded version of the machine will be delivered in 3 boxes by parcel courier. Please note the courier may not deliver the boxes at the same time. Please wait at least 48 hours for the other boxes to arrive before contacting us
• The weight stack version of the machine will be delivered via pallet. Delivery will kerbside only. Please note that you will be required to safely dispose of the pallet/crate.
• Assembly instructions are included
• Assembly requires two each of 17mm, 19mm and 24mm spanners/sockets (not included)
• Weight stack version requires the weight indicator stickers to be stuck onto the weight stack. We recommend using masking tape in order to mark out a straight line
• We recommend bolting the machine down to the floor for maximum stability. For the freestanding version of the machine this is essential. For rack mounting this is recommended but may not be essential if the rack is already bolted down. For wall mounting this is recommended but may not be essential depending on wall strength. We recommend consulting with a qualified builder or surveyor prior to installation
• To reduce friction apply a lubricating oil such 3in1 oil to the rollers and slide rail. This will help the moving parts to slide more freely.
