Brilliant piece of kit for m3 foldable. Great for sit ups as well. Must have

Very good device works very well with full M3 rack , I use a bench as good partial to progress into full Nordics. Rubber bands around the waist and rack provide good aid too. If using on floor level I would advise some cushion for the knees
Best exercise to hit hamstrings imo

I have the M3 half rack and you can't really attach this to the front because of the extended feet that the half rack has. You could attach it to the side but I don't have the space. I also thought about placing it higher up on the rack and using it with a bench but again, the feet get in the way.
So yes it is compatible with the M3 half rack, but in reality nowhere near as compatible as the full rack
