Probably should just use the end of a barbell and a resitance band.
Why?
The band attatches to a pin which increases the restance for 1 to 2 reps every revolution as it increases the circumference, if benching it would be like loading 5 - 10 kg on every 4th rep for 2reps.
Also a minor niggle is the bar doesnt sit horizontal so the band moves to the end slighty.
So having paid £70
I'll have to try bend it with a pole, and also probably remove the band and pin that secures it and use a rubber resistance band instead so it functions like you would expect.
